Welcome to www.pujasets.com, the online platform for booking and conducting all your Pujas. By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:
Service Description:
- PujaSets provides users a platform to browse, select and book various puja services.
- The puja will be conducted by experienced priests on your behalf.
User Responsibilities:
- You must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of personal details and worship preferences.
- Payment for the selected services should be made as per the instructions given.
- The yajaman (the one performing the seva) must avoid the following things during the entire puja process –
- Consumption of alcohol and narcotics.
- consumption of non-vegetarian food
- intercourse.
Booking Confirmation:
- Booking Confirmation: After successful payment a booking confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided.
- In case of any discrepancy, please contact us within 24 hours of booking.
Cancellation and Refund:
- If you have made a booking for a puja and need to reschedule it, the rescheduling must be done within 96 hours from the date of booking.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled puja.
- There will be no refund in this as all the preparations for the puja are done in advance.
- However, if you cancel the entire booking within 24 hours of payment, the entire amount will be refunded except nominal bank charges. We will not charge any fee in that case.
Puja events:
- The chosen puja will be performed by a priest on your behalf and you will be able to watch it via live streaming.
- Although we try to follow traditional practices, there may be variations due to availability of priests or regional differences.
Data privacy:
- Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Payment information is processed securely and is not stored on our servers.
Disclaimer:
- PujaSets is not liable for any direct, indirect or incidental damages arising out of the use of the puja services or the website.
- The pujas are performed based on traditional practices, they may take some time to show results but they are very powerful and always impact your life in the most positive way. So be patient and keep your faith intact.
Amendment of Terms:
- PujaSets reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Governing law:
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Indian jurisdiction. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
